Shakira Announces Concert Dates For Manchester and Dublin

Columbian singer Shakira has just announced dates for the European leg of her tour – and London and Manchester are in for a treat! Shakira will be playing the Manchester Evening News Arena on 14th December 2010 and at the London O2 Arena on 20th December 2010. Concert goers are advised to book tickets and transportation, such as concert coach hire to the gigs, as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Tickets are on sale NOW.

The She Wolf Tour, titled from her 2009 studio album, will see fans shaking their bodies and singing their hearts out to chart topping contemporary songs such as 'She Wolf' and 'Did it to me'. Also expected to be part of the set list are vintage tunes such as 'Hips Don't Lie' and 'Whatever, Wherever'.

Shakira is famous world wide for hip shaking and the small matter of more than fifty million sales. One of her most popular songs, "Hips Don't Lie" reportedly holds the title for the most frequently played song in one week in American history, having been played on air over nine and a half thousand times.

Shakira is also well known for her Philanthropy and humanitarian work and as well as being a global pop star she is also an UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador.
