Robbie Williams Announces UNICEF Charity Sporting Event Soccer Aid 2010 in Manchester

Robbie Williams has announced the dates and venue for Soccer Aid 2010. The charity sporting event is to be held at Old Trafford in Manchester on Sunday 6th June 2010. Following the success of Soccer Aid 2008, the bi -yearly charity event is expected to see sell out crowds come to watch the star studded football game. Those organising travel plans, private coach hire to Manchester, tickets to the game and accommodation in the area, should book early to avoid disappointment.

Returning to Soccer Aid to play on England's side will be Robbie Williams and Gordon Ramsay. They will be joined by comedian and self styled charity football manager, James Cordon, cricketer Brian Lara, TV presenter Jamie Theakston and former England star, Alan Shearer.

The England team will take on a host of international celebrities, who will form the opposition, 'Rest of the World', team.

Ticket prices have been confirmed as starting at twenty pounds for adults and five pounds for under sixteen's and over sixty fives. There will also be premium seats available in Old Trafford's West Stand for Manchester United season ticket holders and executives. All proceeds from the event go to children's charity UNICEF.
